Before Contacting Us, Please Read These Helpful Delivery Information:

When Will My Order Be Delivered? Flower deliveries to residential addresses usually occur between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and deliveries to work addresses usually occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
What Is Your Same-Day Delivery Policy? For same-day delivery, Monday through Friday orders must be received before 2:00 PM in the recipient's timezone. For same-day delivery on Saturday, orders must be received before 10:00 AM in the recipient's timezone. Same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed for all areas as some regional locations do require overnight delivery. If this is the case you will be notified by our Customer Service team. Please note that our standard same-day delivery policy does not apply to busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

Am I Able To Track My Order?  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a tracking or delivery confirmation service.
Can You Confirm If My Order Has Been Delivered? Should you have reason to be concerned that your order hasn’t been delivered on the nominated day, before contacting our Customer Service Team please firstly check your order confirmation to ensure the correct address was provided, and then please confirm with your intended recipient that they aren’t in receipt of their gift.
How Do I Report A Quality Concern? Please select "Quality Concern" from the dropdown menu, above, to contact us. A photograph of the flowers or gift is required in order for us to review the quality issue and educate our florists.
How Can I Make A Change To My Order? Please use this form to inform any changes you require.
Do You Deliver On Sundays Or Public Holidays? Unfortunately, we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays (excluding Mother's Day Sunday) or public holidays. Deliveries for these days will be made on the next available business day.
